PEMBERTONS Residential Letting is a small family run property management firm based in Brighton covering the Brighton and Hove urban area only.
We started in 1988 and over the years have built up a specialised residential letting agency which aims to offer you, our clients as Landlords, a personal service of the highest quality.
We primarily act for Investment Landlords who wish to build up a portfolio of residential properties as a means of increasing their income, and hopefully their assets, yet have neither the time nor inclination to run a letting operation themselves.
If you are currently or potentially an Investment landlord then we aim to provide you with a service to maximise the income and possible capital gains to be made from property - but protect you from the day to day hassle - so we do all the organising, on your behalf, and you get the income !
We cater for the whole scenario : from helping to find suitable properties for prospective Landlords that will achieve a good rent for the purchase price, right through to advising on decoration and internal furnishings, from tenancy agreements to inventories, fixing washing machines and leaking taps. |
